Health Care Planner

Are you a respected planning professional with expertise in leading health care projects effectively from concept through design development? Solid knowledge of health care planning standards as well as current trends in the industry is essential. Should be interested and capable of mentoring staff. Intermediate and Senior Technical staff

The successful candidate must be a graduate of a recognized architectural technology program or equivalent and have minimum 3-5 years Canadian working experience. Enthusiasm for contributing to team success and proficiency with Autocad are required. 3D skills would be an asset. Project Architect

We seek a Project Architect with 8+ years’ experience in all project phases of large, complex international projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodology and technical documentation are required, as well as solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal person will possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, managing multi-disciplinary teams. Health care project delivery experience is desirable.  In addition to relevant professional accreditation and memberships, LEED AP is preferred and knowledge of Rhino, Sketchup, 3DStudio Max is desirable. Architect: Academic and Research Facilities

We seek a Project Architect with 8+ years’ experience in planning and delivering academic and research projects. The ideal person will have worked on large, multi-disciplinary teams on international projects, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Designer: Master Planning and Urban Design

We seek a Master Planner and Urban Designer with 8+ years’ experience on international urban design projects. In this position, you will join a team that is dedicated to creating enduring design that builds on our clients’ highest aspirations.

You will identify client needs, manage team communication and consultant coordination, produce presentations, and engage clients in evaluating planning options. The idea candidate will have solid leadership, organizational and relationship management skills.

You will have proven background working with multi-disciplinary teams, preferably on international projects in the Middle East. You have strong knowledge of urban planning, zoning and technical issues, as well as outstanding graphic presentation skills. Experience with Rhino, SketchUp and/or 3D Studio MAX would be an asset.
