Farrow Partnership's Credit Valley Hospital design featured in Healthcare Building Ideas
TORONTO, March 8, 2012 - Farrow's Credit Valley Hospital project graces the cover of the latest edition of Healthcare Building Ideas. In an article entitled "All Spruced Up", the Hospital is described as one of the first significant health care projects in Canada to employ the use of heavy timber, so it took considerable work to convince the authorities that this construction met the objectives of the code. Bluewater Health featured in Daily Commercial News
TORONTO, March 8, 2012 - An ambitious $214 million redevelopment and expansion project at Bluewater Health in Sarnia has achieved LEED NC (new construction and major renovations) certification. The largest public redevelopment project in Sarnia-Lambton’s history, the facility features a new 325,000-square-foot addition to the existing London Building and 145,000-square-feet of renovations to the Russell Building. Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care worked with Bluewater Health and EllisDon to redevelop the hospital. Construction was substantially completed late last year. The project was designed by Toronto’s Farrow Partnership Architects and associate architects Stantec Architecture. Farrow's Senior partner Tye Farrow said the project is the first acute-care hospital in the province to achieve ?LEED NC certification.

Canada’s state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital opens at St. John’s
Toronto, February 13, 2012 – Project work has been completed on Canada’s state-of-the-art St. John’s Rehab Hospital located in north east Toronto. This undertaking involved the 7,804 sm expansion and renovation of an existing "community centre of excellence in rehabilitation" and the construction of a new outpatient services facility: the John C. and Sally Horsfall Eaton Centre for Ambulatory Care.
Bluewater Health Hospital is Ontario’s First LEED-Certified Acute Care Facility
TORONTO, February 13, 2012 — Farrow Partnership Architects (FPA) is pleased to announce that the redevelopment and expansion of Bluewater Health in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, has achieved LEED NC Certification, the first and largest acute care hospital in Ontario to attain this status. The project earned LEED points from the U.S. Green Building Council for a sustainable site, materials and resources, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, energy and atmosphere, and innovation and design process. Sustainable features include green roofs; a central atrium with glazing and sharing devices to realize passive solar gains; a high R-value building envelope; the largest coordinated modular wall and furniture systems in an acute care hospital in North America; and the establishment of strategic corporate partnerships.

The College of Electors comprises 47 members representing alumni from the University’s Faculties and Colleges. The primary role of the College is to elect the Chancellor, the head of the University, and the eight alumni members to serve on the Governing Council of the University of Toronto.
